Testicular Cancer: Causes & Risk Factors!
The exact cause of testicular cancer is not well known however, there are some risk factors which can be highlighted.
One important risk factor is undescended testes or the so called cryptorchidism before birth the testis normally descends from the abdomen down through the inguinal canal into the scrotum.
if the testis retains anywhere in this pathway it is called cryptorchidism or undescended testis which is a high risk factor for testicular cancer.
The second risk the second risk factor is family history if somebody has father or brother with testicular cancer the chance of having testicular cancer is higher, and if someone had testicular cancer in one side the chance of getting testicular cancer in the other side is also higher.
And the last but not least age and race is important as we mentioned ages between 15 and 45 has high risk of testicular cancer and it is mentioned that white race may also have a little bit higher risk of testicular cancer.
Although cause of testicular cancer is not known but testicular self-examination can detect testicular cancer early, and it can be nearly completely cured.

خطر دوم، سابقه خانوادگی است. اگر کسی پدر یا برادر مبتلا به سرطان بیضه داشته باشد، احتمال ابتلا به سرطان بیضه بیشتر است و اگر کسی در یک طرف سرطان بیضه داشته باشد، احتمال ابتلا به سرطان بیضه در طرف دیگر نیز بیشتر است.
و در آخر، سن و نژاد نیز مهم هستند، همانطور که اشاره کردیم، سنین بین ۱۵ تا ۴۵ سال خطر ابتلا به سرطان بیضه بالایی دارند و ذکر شده است که نژاد سفید نیز ممکن است کمی خطر ابتلا به سرطان بیضه بیشتری داشته باشد.
اگرچه علت سرطان بیضه مشخص نیست، اما معاینه شخصی بیضه می‌تواند سرطان بیضه را در مراحل اولیه تشخیص دهد و تقریباً به طور کامل درمان شود.
