Continuously hydrate by drinking at least two litres of water from Iftar until Suhoor. Sip water gradually and avoid drinking too much at once.

شرب الماء بشكل مستمر، على الأقل لترين بين الإفطار و السحور. اشرب الماء بشكل تدريجي وتجنب شرب كمية كبيرة مرة واحدة.

از افطار تا سحری حداقل دو لیتر آب بنوشید. آب را به تدریج بنوشید و از نوشیدن یکباره زیاد بپرهیزید.
